Background:

I graduated from Saint Viator’s High School in 1986, received my Accounting degree from Winona State University in 1991, and my CPA certificate in 2002.  I have worked as a controller for various small businesses in the retail, manufacturing, and service industries. Some of my responsibilities were preparing the Financial Statements, Insurance, Payroll, Sales Tax Filings, negotiating with vendors, and working with the banks to get them the information they needed to make sure the company was in compliance.
